Do you vaccinate your chicks?

Can I choose the sex of the chicks?
Day-old chicks are straight run (unsexed). At 8–12 weeks, we offer pullets (hens) and cockerels (roosters) separately.

Yes, but only for Alabama addresses. The frozen Bresse chicken cuts are shipped in insulated boxes with gel packs.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Choose your product, add it to your cart, and check out securely online.
When will my order ship?
Chicks ship Mondays and Tuesdays. Fertile eggs and frozen products ship within 2–5 business days.
What happens if my chicks or eggs don’t arrive safely?
We guarantee live arrival on chicks and safe delivery on eggs when shipped. If any chicks arrive DOA (dead on arrival), we will issue a credit to your Southern Rise Farms account for the value of those chicks. Please text or email photos to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure checkout.
Can I pick up locally?
At checkout, simply select Local Pickup as your delivery method.
