When you select a date, you will see if availability is open, limited, or sold out.
We maintain a weekly capacity of approximately 72 chicks (6 dozen). Although our incubators hatch more,
we hold back a small buffer to account for fertility differences, ensure strong live arrival rates, and to
support our own breeding program.

Once a hatch date sells out, you may reserve the next available week. Many customers reserve multiple weeks
in advance to ensure a steady flow of new chicks into their flock. If you are ordering in higher quantities
(24, 36, or more chicks), simply select your hatch date and increase the quantity to 2, 3, or more dozens in the cart.

Our Mixed Lot includes White, Blue, and Black Bresse. When you purchase our Day Old Bresse chicks for sale,
you may receive a combination of colors depending on hatch outcomes. Customers may note a color preference at checkout,
and we will do our best to accommodate those requests in the order they are received. However, please understand
that final color distribution is not guaranteed. If you want only one specific color, we recommend placing
a backorder through our individual color product listings. Those backorders are filled only after Mixed Lot orders for a hatch are completed.
